Following the successful installation of the first Altec Clipping Trash Gate, Alberta Plywood immediately purchased a second one for their other lathe.

The installation took place in April 2003 during a regular weekend shutdown and once again the start-up went without a hitch.  Many thanks to all involved for another successful installation!

As with the previous installation at Alberta Plywood, production increases of up to 10% were immediately apparent after this installation.
