Overview

The Altec Veneer Clipping Trash Gate is a high performance inline Veneer Clipper that automatically separates round up trash from usable product on veneer peeling lines – without stopping the peeling process. By clipping the veneer on the fly, the need for round up sheet break is eliminated. Elimination of sheet break results in no tapered leading edge on the ribbon, providing increased veneer recovery.

The installation of this product into a high speed peeling line will increase production by up to 15%.

Robust structural design and efficient knife geometry combined with high performance servo hydraulics makes the Altec Veneer Clipping Trash Gate the most effective and reliable clipping trash gate on the market.
