Altec Dryer Control Systems are the most practical, cost-effective solution available using the latest PLC platforms from Allen Bradley, Siemens and others. Our standard configuration uses a stand-alone Allen-Bradley ControlLogix PLC that will interface to a wide array of control devices, and a flat panel touch-screen interface. The PLC panel can be supplied on its own to interface with an existing dryer hardware, or can be provided with a complete new drive system, and control hardware.

The Altec Dryer Control System provides in depth data collection and trending which will give detailed shift reporting, and energy consumption tracking. These data collection features can be enabled, disabled, or customized to meet each customer’s specific needs.
