Knock-off Controller

Overview

The Altec Veneer Stacker Knock-off Controller provides highly-accurate stacking of sheets in both green veneer and dry veneer stackers. Operators and/or maintenance personnel have the ability to adjust timing of each knock-off cylinder independently. The system uses a LCD flat-panel touchscreen for simplified user interface.

The system can be easily retrofit onto existing green veneer or dry veneer stackers and can be configured as a knock-off controller replacement or as a complete veneer stacker controller.

The system is PLC-based allowing for easy and familiar troubleshooting. Knock-off control scan time is less than 1 millisecond.
